It’s simple:

  • Share your goals, preferences, and dietary needs through our online questionnaire.

  • We create your custom 7-day meal plan (delivered in 1–2 days).

  • You receive your plan by email, complete with recipes, a shopping list, and easy-to-follow guidance.

 

3. Who creates my meal plan?
All plans are created by a certified nutritional coach, ensuring every recommendation is safe, evidence-based, and tailored to you.

 

4. Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We support all dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, keto, diabetic-friendly, and more. Just let us know your requirements during sign-up.

Nope—each meal plan is a one-time purchase. We’ll let you know if we launch subscription options in the future.
